The Artemis Group is delighted to announce an important achievement: our offices and procedures and staff have fulfilled to the very strict requirement as an Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) for the Italian and European Customs Agency.

An Economic Operator is defined by the WCO SAFE Framework of Standards as a party involved in the international movement of goods, in whatever function, that has been approved by, or on behalf of, a National Customs Administration as complying with WCO or equivalent supply chain security standards.

Since many years, in some cases even since the 1970s, Customs Administrations have been increasingly involved in the security of the international trade supply chain, and have more recently developed security programmes in a global context.

As Yacht Agency, The Artemis Group, is of course more involved in the assistance of crew and guests of super yacht, mainly taking care of the providing of touristic services and exclusive itineraries, but in the delivery of goods on board as well as in the shipment of goods from the yacht to other location, we are proud to warrant an excellent service even for the logistics, because any details of our job is important to us.
